This page is more for me than anyone else stumbling onto it.
“The world is made of protons, neutrons, electrons and morons.” – social media somewhere.
I’m aware I’m overly socially sensitive, and when crap happens I tend to try writing it off with the above adage. But it’s better to notice the positive stuff, and I’ve been writing these positive experiences down since the start of the year (currently 2025). It makes me more aware of them, and I must admit it’s helping me be more positive!
So this page is a simple of list of awesome people / companies where I’ve had outstanding customer service or some other positive experience! They deserve some kind of shout-out, even if it is to no-one! In no particular order:
- Mariska at Simyo answered my query really quickly, and gave me the help I needed. She made us feel welcome and valued at Simyo as new customers with a bit of personal chit chat, and even gave us some extra MB! 🙂
- The lady at the local market on the cheese stall gave me a nice deal because I’m a regular there! 🙂
